Refund Policy

At Liiper, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.

  2. Refunds will only be given for AI Assets that have not been downloaded or accessed by the customer.

  3. Refunds will not be given for any AI Assets that have been modified, customized, or used in any way.

  4. Refunds will not be given for any subscription fees, as subscribers have unlimited access to all AI Assets during their subscription period.

  5. If a refund is granted, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at with your order number and the reason for the refund request. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that does not meet the above criteria.

Please note that this refund policy only applies to purchases made on the Liiper marketplace. Refund policies for purchases made from individual vendors may vary and are at the discretion of the individual vendor.


Refund Policy for Credit Purchases

Liiper offers customers the option to buy credits that can be used to purchase products and services on our website. Please note that once credits have been purchased, they cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

If there is an issue with the product or service purchased using credits, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If a refund is deemed necessary, we will provide a refund in credits to the customer’s account.

Refund Policy for Products and Services Purchased with Credits:

If you have purchased a product or service using credits, you may be eligible for a refund under certain circumstances. Refunds for products and services purchased with credits will be issued in credits to your account.

To be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The product or service is defective or not as described
  • The product or service was not delivered or completed as promised
  • The product or service violates our terms of service or applicable laws

Please note that refunds may not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The customer changes their mind about the product or service
  • The customer does not have the necessary technical requirements to use the product or service
  • The customer has already used the product or service
