PRIVACY POLICY FOR VENDORS

At Liiper, we respect the privacy of our vendors and are committed to protecting their personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information from vendors who sell AI Assets on our website marketplace online store. By using the Liiper website as a vendor, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect personal information from vendors when they register on our website as a seller or when they provide information to us through their seller account. This information includes:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Address
• Payment information
• Tax information

We also collect information about the AI Assets vendors upload to our website, including metadata and description information.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use the personal information collected from vendors for the following purposes:

• To provide and manage the Liiper marketplace online store
• To facilitate transactions between vendors and customers
• To communicate with vendors about their account and sales
• To comply with legal and regulatory requirements
• To prevent and detect fraud and other illegal activities
• To improve and customize the Liiper website and services

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may disclose personal information from vendors to the following third parties:

• Service providers who help us with the operation of the Liiper marketplace online store, such as payment processors, hosting providers, and customer service providers.
• Government agencies, regulators, and law enforcement officials as required by law or court order.
• Buyers who have purchased AI Assets from a vendor. In this case, we will share the vendor’s name, email address, and transaction information.
• Other vendors who have collaborated with a vendor on a specific AI Asset or project, if the vendor has given consent for us to share their information.

We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information of our vendors from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, and modification. We have implemented administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls, secure servers, and encryption.

VENDOR Terms and Conditions 

Welcome to Liiper! These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the Liiper platform (“Platform”), which is owned and operated by Liiper Lda (“Liiper”). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, which includes the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions posted on the Platform from time to time.

Vendor Obligations

As a vendor on the Platform, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your products and/or services.

Be solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of your products and/or services.

Fulfill orders and provide timely and effective customer support.

Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Liiper’s Role

Liiper provides the Platform as a means for vendors to sell their products and/or services to customers. Liiper is not a party to any transaction between vendors and customers and does not take title to any products or services sold through the Platform. Liiper is not responsible for any disputes, claims, losses, or damages arising out of or related to any transactions between vendors and customers.

Credits

The Platform offers the option for customers to buy credits, which can be used to purchase vendor’s products and/or services. All credits must be purchased through the Platform using the designated payment methods. Vendors will receive payment for their products and/or services, minus any applicable fees, in the form of credits, which can be redeemed for cash according to the Vendor Payment Policy.

Intellectual Property

Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that their products and/or services do not infringe any intellectual property rights of third parties. Vendors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to their intellectual property. By using the Platform, vendors grant Liiper a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform their intellectual property solely in connection with the Platform and Liiper’s business.

Limitation of Liability

Liiper’s liability to vendors for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will be limited to the amount of fees paid by the vendor to Liiper in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event will Liiper be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages, even if Liiper has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Porto, Portugal.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions posted on the Platform from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.

Modifications

Liiper reserves the right to modify this Agreement, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions posted on the Platform from time to time, at its sole discretion and without notice. Vendors are responsible for reviewing this Agreement and the other policies regularly to ensure compliance. Continued use of the Platform after any modifications to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those modifications.
