Welcome to Liiper (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of the Liiper website, mobile applications, APIs, and any related online services (collectively, the “Platform“). By creating an account, purchasing AI services, accessing community areas, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Support Policy (collectively, the “Policies“). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. About Liiper

Liiper is an all‑in‑one hub for AI‑powered content creation and collaboration. We provide paid AI Services—including video, image, 3D, and music generation—and community features such as AI Forums, AI Groups, an AI Tools directory, and AI Files. All prices are listed in EUR.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account and to update it as needed.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. AI Services

3.1 Ordering Process

1. Place Order – Select a service tier and pay the listed price.
2. Provide Requirements – Submit assets, prompts, specifications, and deadlines.
3. Tracking – Monitor progress via your dashboard.
4. Delivery & Approval – We deliver within 1–5 calendar days (depending on the chosen service). You have up to 7 days to approve or decline.
5. Completion & Review – Approved orders are archived; optional ratings and reviews help us improve.

3.2 Revisions & Declines

• Minor revisions that fall within the original scope are free when requested within the 7‑day review period.
• If you decline the delivery, the order is cancelled and eligible for a refund per Section 7.

3.3 Intellectual Property for AI Deliverables

• Upon full payment and approval, you receive a worldwide, perpetual, and royalty‑free license to use the deliverables.
• We may showcase anonymized versions of deliverables in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.

4. Community Features

4.1 Forums & Groups

You may post questions, code, images, and other content (“User Content“) in public or private threads. You grant Liiper a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, display, and distribute User Content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

4.2 AI Tools Directory & AI Files

• Listings and files are crowd‑sourced. We do not endorse or guarantee third‑party tools or datasets.
• Uploaders must own or have permission to share files. No proprietary or confidential data.

4.3 Prohibited Content

User Content must not:

• Infringe any intellectual‑property or privacy rights;
• Contain malware, hate speech, or illegal material;
• Reveal personal data without consent;
• Violate any applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove User Content or suspend accounts at our sole discretion.

5. Payments & Pricing

• All fees are payable in EUR via the payment methods we support.
• Prices exclude applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
• We may change prices at any time; changes will not affect ongoing orders.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. In summary:

• You may request a full refund if we fail to deliver within the promised 1–5‑day window or if you decline the final delivery within the 7‑day review period.
• Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Support

For service issues, contact Support via our ticket system or email. Response times are detailed in the Support Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

• All Platform content—except User Content—is owned by Liiper or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform without written permission.

9. Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant Liiper a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use it without any obligation to you.

10. Disclaimers

• AI Limitations: AI outputs may contain errors or biases. You are solely responsible for verifying deliverables before public use.
• No Warranty: The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liiper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party; (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liiper, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

14. Changes to Terms or Services

We may modify these Terms or the Platform at any time. We will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, unless a mandatory arbitration clause applies in your jurisdiction.

16. Miscellaneous

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Liiper.
• If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
• Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver.

• AI Processing & R&D – To train, fine‑tune, or evaluate our AI models only with your opt‑in consent. Absent consent, your inputs are used strictly to fulfill your order.
• Community & Social Features – To publish your forum posts, group discussions, and directory listings.
• Security & Fraud Prevention – To detect suspicious activity and protect user accounts.
• Analytics & Marketing – To understand Platform usage and inform you about new features or promotions (you may opt out).
• Legal Compliance – To comply with tax, accounting, and other statutory obligations.

5. Automated Decision‑Making

Our AI engines generate outputs algorithmically. However, no legally significant decisions (e.g., creditworthiness) are made without human oversight. You can contest any automated decision by contacting us.

2. Analytics Cookies (e.g., Plausible) – Aggregate usage stats.
